Mr. Isaac Okyere Darko is the Agricultural Programme Manager at Sinapi Aba, where he leads the design and implementation of agricultural development initiatives. Since joining the organization in 2010, he has served as a Relationship Officer, Branch Manager, and now Programme Manager, building extensive experience in financial inclusion, rural development, and agricultural value chain development.  

He has over the years amassed rich experience working with international development organizations. With over a decade of experience in agricultural development, climate-smart agriculture, and green growth, he has led programmes that enhance the productivity, resilience, and livelihoods of smallholder farmers. 

Mr. Okyere Darko is passionate about empowering rural women farmers through improved access to finance, climate-resilient farming practices, productive resources, and markets. He holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA (CEMBA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a BSc in Agricultural Technology from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Tamale, Ghana.
