Sinapi Aba Trust has officially launched the seventh edition of its Mentorship Programme - Takoradi
Sinapi Aba Trust has officially launched the seventh edition of its Mentorship Programme—an innovative initiative that has impacted over 2,000 beneficiaries to date. The programme was established to bridge critical gaps that hinder entrepreneurs in the MSME space, particularly women, from reaching their full business potential.
The six-month, intensive and structured programme pairs mentors with mentees and combines classroom-based learning with practical, informal training sessions. Participants are equipped with essential business skills through courses such as fraud management, employee hiring and management, customer service, and more.
Speaking at the launch, the CEO of Sinapi Aba Trust, Mrs. Joyce Owusu-Dabo, encouraged mentors to give their best in guiding participants selflessly. She also urged mentees to demonstrate strong commitment and dedication in their pursuit of knowledge and growth.
This cohort comprises 300 mentors and mentees, who are expected to successfully graduate at the end of the six-month programme.
