Clement has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and compliance related activities in the financial services industry. He started his career in public accounting working with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP New York Office. Clement has a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Bachelors degree in Economics from the City University of New York, Lehman College.

He is both a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA and ICA (Ghana). He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
