Mrs. Araba Mosner-Ansong has worked with the organization since 2008 rising through the ranks from a Programme officer to her current position. She holds an MSc in Development Management from Agder University, Norway and a BA (Hons) Social Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Araba is open minded, proactive, dedicated, hardworking and prioritizes communication and collaboration across teams. She has participated in several training programs and seminars both locally and abroad which gives her the edge to navigate innovation and change.

She has lots of experience in International Relations, Event Management and Development Project Implementation, with expertise spanning Youth Development, Agriculture and Education. Through her leadership and commitment to social impact, she has contributed significantly to transforming the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities, driving sustainable development and positive change.
