Dale formerly served as CEO and Chair of the Board for Opportunity International Canada.

Dale brings a successful business career with expertise in international marketing, project management, venture capital, government relations, marketing and communications.

He also brings extensive experience with OIC, as one of its founding Board members.

Dale brings a demonstrated passion, commitment and heart for those clients whom Opportunity serves in the developing world.

Dale has had a successful business record and understanding of the intricacies of both international development and microfinance, as well as that of our domestic and global Opportunity organizations.

Since the mid-90's, Opportunity has been a personal priority for Dale.  He has had the privilege of being involved in all aspects of the Opportunity enterprise.
